Overview
The Consensus Assessment Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ) offers a set questions that correspond to the controls of the Cloud Security Alliance’s (CSA) Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), providing a cloud consumer and cloud auditor with the opportunity to ascertain that their cloud service provider is compliant to the CCM.
Zoom’s CAIQ
The CAIQ can be used by Zoom’s commercial cloud customers to assess Zoom’s security controls against the CCM. Zoom’s CAIQ covers Zoom Webinars, Zoom Phone, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Team Chat.
